storm 9530 touch problm

My storm's touch is not working perfectly at the bottom.from the keys X to M. -- No blue overlay when Hovering over these Keys. Clicks where also not accepted over these keys... Any Help would be appriciated!!!!

No Direct Contact with water by knowingly... What happens if there is moisture?

Any sort of moisture can cause damage if it gets in the wrong places, i;e if you have it in a humid room like a bathroom, a sweaty pocket, etc.
