Torch to Z30 - Problems, or just differences
 

Moved to a Z30 last month and I have a couple of things that bother me.

I've searched and searched; but can't find the answer.

Ringer Notifications.

With the Torch, and the Storm before it, I could customize notifications for some contacts (let's say wife) so the phone would ring if I had the ring set to "Silent".

In the Torch, I could set the "Play sound" option to "Always".

Anyone know how to accomplish this with the Z30?

Ok, 2nd problem..... contact names on Emails.

I can send a new email to a contact and I can use the name I have the contact filed by (let's say Billy). When Billy responds, the HUB shows the message is coming from the name Billy has used as his email ID (let's say, Bill Smith).

Text message will use the contact name I have created (Billy), but emails will not. Anyone have a solutions, or work around?
