Update BES 10.1.1 to BES 10.2.0

Hi,

I want to update my BES 10 to BES 12 but one of the prerequisites is that the BES10 must be in 10.2.3 version. So my question is, I can update my BES 10.1.1 executing directly the BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 Service Pack 2 - Full Installer with posted date 12-Nov-2014?

Besides I have to install the MRs? I have doubts because the MRs are older than the service pack 2.

you can upgrade to 10 SP2 but will have to change your CALs and then once again for BES 12
