BB 7100i Insight Themes - Downloading - Help

I am trying to download Themes on my BB 7100i. I went to the options menu, choose Themes, then download Themes. I end up getting a yellow screen that says Nextel on it and then the next screen takes awhile to load. When it finally loads, I am at the Themes screen. From there, I choose Extras. It then puts me to a screen that says BB Help and then lists some different catogories to download. The problem is that some of the text is garbled (funny looking characters). I try to choose Push Services and I end up at a screen that is missing a whole bunch of text. Now, we just purchased 3 BB's and the other two are fine and they can download the themes, however, on mine, I cannot. Called Nextel twice and they can't seem to figure it out. Please help. Any comments appreciated. Thanks

I just recreated your problem

By default your browser should be your xxx8220;Internet Browserxxx8221; not xxx8220;Nextel.comxxx8221;

Setting - Options xxx8211; Advanced Options xxx8211; Browser xxx8211; change default browser to Internet Browser - save

try going to http://mobile.blackberry.com and use the other browsers if the one you have isn't bringing up what you want.

I changed the browser and it works perfect now. THANK YOU ALL VERY MUCH for your help.

Aaah, I wish I had. It would’ve been easier to direct him to your post than trying to recreate the problem.

Thank you. (y)
