I tried to get download the OS of BB 9320 but failed with an error. Is there any way to download?

I am sorry for an in-complete post.
I tried to download the OS (File name: 9320jAllLang_PBr7.1.0_rel1647_PL9.49.0.47_A7.1.0.5 23_Truemove___H.exe) from the link https://swdownloads.blackberry.com/D...29235D8438A347
When fill all the info and proceed, an error message appears, "We're Sorry...

Download of this software failed".

you show a 8900 BB and are trying to download OS 7 for another device. It wont work and the downloader app checks the BB and discovered your not compatible.

If your trying to just download to a PC for another BB then it should work but I suspect your attempting to put it on your 8900.

No, this 8900 was my old BB but 9320 is another one. I want just download the OS to my Laptop then i shall install. but after filling the requirement, when i proceed to download, system shows an error "Download of this software failed".

I was able to download the new OS for the 9320. I filled out all the required info.

You might be in a restricted country or try a different one when trying
