Horizon Wireless for unlocking
I had to stop in and say how impressed I was with Horizon wireless... I have 3 BlackBerry's that I needed unlocked. I searched around on goolge and game up with hit or miss reviews on places... so I came back to trusty ol' BlackBerry Forums and checked out the sponsors... decided to give them a try.
I placed my order (even got $5 off cause of BBForums!) and received my Order confirmation at 1:01pm... at 1:27pm I had an email with all 3 unlock codes! NOW THATS SERVICE! I hope anyone searching the forum for unlocking recomendations comes across this... Horizon wireless is A+ in my book... never had an unlock experience go that well before. |

what is the normal turn around for code requests from horizon?

I submitted my request for a code on horizonwirelessonline.com on late Thursday night, and I am still awaiting for a response from horizon, other than payment confirmation... Can I get some estimate of time from other members on what their experience has been, or from horizon on what is the 'normal' time for getting the codes? Thanks in advance, and I'll keep you updated when I get the code and success with it. Cheers |
Why not just send him an email, PM, AOL, Yahoo, or MSN message? He's got all that in his profile.

The code you purchased is international and takes a little while to get. up to two weeks sometimes less. sorry for the delay. also replied to your pm

Quick update: it's been about 10 days and I'm still waiting for the code. I sent a PM on last friday checking for any progress and I'm still to hear back from horizon.

As he stated, International codes take longer to get...up to two weeks.

it just takes a little bit of time for world codes. its not that im ignoring you. you sent me a pm here, just send me a direct email. im more likely to check that than a pm. dont worry, if for whatever reson you unlock doesnt pan out, we refund you and let you know right away. thanks and sorry for the delay

Just to closeloop - It was taking more than 2 weeks for Horizon to get the code, so I canceled the order, and I was refunded the money within 1 day.
Though I did not finally purchase the code from them, they were polite in their interactions, and prompt in refund. I would recommend them to others. Regards |
