Migrating 400+ users

We are in the process of installing our 4th BES server in our global environment (spread between 3 continents) and will need to move 400+ users from one BES to another. As each BES has a separate SQL server it is attached to, migrating users is virtually impossible from what I am seeing. We are doing this to improve the poor latency we experience due to large numbers of users on many exchange servers spread around the globe. I am not on the team putting the solution in place however will be deeply involved in moving the users. Does anyone have any suggestions on how we can accomplish this with the least amount of pain to the end users? Some of these users are CEO and above and would be highly beneficial if we do not have to reactivate their devices. Any advice anyone has would be much appreciated..

if they are 2 seperate databases then you cant do anything about it an dyou will need to activate every user.

what you can do is merge the 2 databases into one database using the DBmerge utility in the BES resource kit but then you would only have 1 database and the 2 BES's would have to share it, but thats the only way if you dont want to activate the users agian.
