Camera pictures saving as JPEG.REM on 8310???
 

My camera saves pictures as JPEG.REM
The photos can be seen on the blackberry but my computer doesn't not recognize them?
Anyone lse have this problem? If so Whats the solution?

Sound like you have encryption enabled on the device. Disable that in the options.

Yes. The BlackBerry is encrypting the files.

As Mama said, look in device options. You may want to disable encryption altogether. Or, you may have the facilty to leave encryption enabled, if needed, but except media files.

Another point: If that is a second hand device, it is likely that it has an IT policy forcing encryption. If that is the case you will not be able to disable encryption until you remove the policy. Search remove IT policy.

Ok
But, at the same time my trackball is not working properly. it is only goin up and left?
I cannot change because I have managed to seal my trackball holder tight to the phone, ball still scrolls though.
