vUserConfigStats view has been changed
 

Hi,

We have recently moved our BESMGMT database from old server to new server and changed the BES configuration using Blackberry Server Configuration. I followed below steps-

1- Stopped all Black Berry services.(We use SQL Server 2000 Enterprise edition with SP4)
2- Took the backup of database from old server and restored with the same name on different server.
3- Add all users and gave same permission as we have in old server database.
4- Changed the database configuration using Blackberry Server Configuration. Which started all services.

All went well, we smoke test and able to send and receive the mail using blackberry handset.

At last when we are trying to open the properties of user using Blackberry Manager, we are not getting any properties (only add user and find user tab is visible and which is common for all users). After investing a lot, we came to know that vUserConfigStats view definition has been changed and it does not have column ICCID in there definition and that’s why we are not able to see the properties of users.(not able to move, delete, send etc…)


I just want to know in which case Blackberry Server Configuration drop and create all the views.
