Desktop Manager- Application Loader issues
 

I have downloaded a few files to my desktop on my PC and tried to move them over to my blackberry via the desktop application loader. I keep receiving an error message when I select one of them that says "no additional applications designed for your device were found". They are both ALX files. One was pulled off of this forum for the old preloaded pictures. The other is a poker software I purchased. Help anyone? I have 4.7 desktop manager and 4.7 software on my Curve 8330. Thanks.

There is no 4.7 OS software for the 8330. You can see the latest OS updates for the 8330 here:

You need to have the device OS installed on your computer, the same version as on your phone. Maybe that's the problem.

A minor discrepancy, your model on your profile says 8830...there's no 4.7 for that either...just want to make sure you're sure of the model you have, that's all...
