How to reinstall Documents to Go?
 

hi everyone, i got my new tour, but I unininstalled my documents to go app, and i really want it back... i'm using pocketmac and not the conventional PC BB desktop manager since I'm using a mac and not a PC....

any idea how I can re-install it? don't tell me I have to reflash my phone with the ROM again...

I got a CD with my phone but its basically only a user guide....

maybe i need to install the PC version of desktop manager to do it through the PC? thanks.

Resending the service books might do the trick on this one?

thanks, but that doesn't do nothing, that only tells me that the program is installed (probably based on BB version #) which it isn't...it only lets me register it but i can't re-download

i can't believe there isn't a simple way to reinstall it.....

I had to call Dataviz. They had me download a revised version of Documents to Go and they gave me a new activation code. My registration number stayed the same. Works perfectly.

There is an OTA download for Documents To Go free version for the 9630. I found the link by searching this forum, and then it took more digging around on the Dataviz site to find the exact instructions and link. Start checking here.
