(BB 83501i) Awful music playing upon disconnect with SYNC
 

Hello Everyone!

My dad is having issues with his BB8350i playing a horrible 1 minute long Indian-fusion hip hop style song when he disconnects from the SYNC system in his vehicle after receiving an e-mail message while driving.

I am unfamiliar with the BB platform but I did manage to locate the factory-installed sound byte and delete it from the device (or so I thought). The problems still persists, and I fear that my dad may be contemplating hitting the phone with a hammer if I can't solve this problem haha.

What are my options for removing that audio file or at the very least, preventing it from playing?
