BES 5.03 Attachment Connectors
On one of my BES servers users reported Attachment Server not Found.
When you look at the attachment connections via the BAS. For all my servers I see these connections: BESserver1_AC_EMAIL_11 BESserver1_AC_MDS-CS_12 But for the problem server I see: BESserver2_AC_Email_12 <---this has a 12 instead of 11 BESserver2_AC_MDS-CS_12 So I click on that and get a error "Request could not be completed" Its like its deleted or gone but the BAS hasn't removed it or something. How would i go about repairing the connection and getting the devices up and running again? Thanks Urlryn |

Confirm that the BlackBerry Attachment Service is started.
To start the BlackBerry Attachment Service, complete the following steps: In the Windows® Control Panel, double-click Administrative Tools Double-click Services Right-click BlackBerry Attachment Service, and then click Start |

I've verified the services are all up and running currently on that specific server. I think it maybe something corrupted in the BAS or SQL with that specific connector. Is there a way to remove it and re-add it back in SQL since I can't do anything with it in the BAS Console? or maybe just reinstall that connector? Urlryn |
