Docs To Go: An Internal Error has occurred! (1028)
 

An oldie but goodie. I am using the 9930 with the preinstalled Docs To Go app and I transferred a Word doc (in the .doc 97-04) format to the phone and got the old 'An Internal Error has occurred! (1028)'. I've Googled around and check some old posts on this site and see that nobody has an answer (or have I missed it?).

The file transferred in (via Bluetooth) was sent to the docs folder on the media card. If anyone has a clue why this is happening or at least knows a work around, I'm all ears! Very frustrating. However, if I send a generic TXT doc, it opens OK but with formatting issues.
