Bluetooth Connection Problems
 

I'm having some problems connecting my blackberry to my laptop through my bluetooth in my laptop. I know I have a bluetooth built into my laptop because it automatically starts as soon as I turn my laptop on, but when I go into my communication options for my blackberry desktop manager, it doesn't show bluetooth connectivity as an option- it's all grayed out! HELP?

You need to make sure that your BT software is running with windows XP sp2 or later NOT your brand of laptop driver, if you arent using windows BT driver your DTM won't read that BT is connected
