Remove service book or remove IT policy??

Hey all,

OK, I have an 8130 from Sprint anf I am using their unlimited BIS.

Last week I tried to install BB redirector on my PC so that I could get my work email sent over as well (we don't have a BES nor OWA nor Exchange Server apparently here at work).

Anyways, I realized that redirector doesn't work unless you at least have Exchange, so I reinstalled Desktop Manager with BIS.

But it seems as though my work email address is still on my BB, and I had a lot of duplicated appointments as well. The address shows up as "Desktop" under "send using" as well as a selection under the default services section. They also show up as 2 service books (CICAL & CMIME).

So, my question is, how do I get rid of it? Do I just delete the 2 service books, or is this a case where i have to remove an IT policy?

Thanks in advance for any help, and I apologize if this has already been covered.

You should be ok to simply delete the two service books from your BB. Reboot and see if they return later.
