BBM installed but not accessible!
 

My BB 9900 says that BBM is installed but there is no icon on the home page or in Setup! How do I access? M

the app install was not completed or you were using the phone during download.

Read this link and follow it to reload the BBM app and the Icon will show.

Make sure your able to keep it powered and unused during the install.

After installing BlackBerry Messenger 5.0, no icon appears but the application shows up in Options > applications and in BlackBerry Desktop Manager
