Work Balance
 

Using Bes 10 as our infrastructure.
-able to create and setup user on Bes no issue.
-able to have actiavation password accepted
issue is when work balance is created and it prompts user to enter device password. User is only able to create simple 4 digit password rather than complex alpha numeric.
The real perplexing problem is.... We use both Z10 and Q10. the Q 10 ... has no issue when prompting user for device password.. it will only take the complex alpha numeric and must be 8 characters.

Anyone??
