New unlocked 8310 issue
 
Hi first off I guess I should have done my research before buying an unlocked phone. Anyway I bought a new unlocked 8310 off eBay for use on tmobile. I cannot get internet or anything that requires data to work. It has the latest software and have wiped the phone clean and called tmobile multiple times. Every time I open the browser it says your device does not currently have any browser configuration service book entries. I tried googling it but couldn't really find anything helpful. Am I just screwed? Thanks in advanced!

You need to have a BlackBerry Data Plan on your account.
Call T-Mobile to have it added. It is an additional cost.

Have you gone to their web site (or called them) to switch over to the new device?

I have called them about four times they know I have a 8310 and my plan shows the "Unlimited Blackberry - plus"
