BlackBerry Forums Support Community - Moving users to a second exchange server (E2K to E2K3)

Bit of guidance required if I may.

Current situation is such:

1 Windows SBS 2000 domain controller hosting exchange 2000 and regular mailbox users and blackberry enabled mailbox users.
1 Windows 2003 server with Exchange 2003 to which we a gradually moving domain users without problem.
1 Windows 2000 server upon which BES is installed.

So, everything is working fine and dandy, but it is coming to the point where we need/want to move ALL the remaining users to the new exchange server, away from the 2000 server.

So, is there a step by step guide to moving blackberry enabled mailboxes from one server to another (2000 to 2003) in the same domain? We only have about 10 users.

I assume we cannot have blackberry enabled mailboxes on both of the server (5 users on the 2000, 5 on the 2003) and so just moving a mailbox will not work. Is this correct?

Do we have to move all BES related mailboxes to the new server, then reconfigure the MAPI account on the BES server?

All and any help appreciated.
