This is in the wild now for sure. ;)

Memory management seems MUCH better with .162. I've remained over 50mb free for 2 days straight now with the same usage as the prior OS.

That is good news, and is more than enough for me to move off of .147.

4.6.0.162 is out on BlackBerry Universe if you have access (notes requesting a copy ignored)

Any other notable differences other than memory? Speed? Other quirks?

Wifi Does. Not sure about your other application. Still no sign of UMA ;-)

Nor will there ever be (most likely.)

I've been told the reason there's no UMA is cause the 3G chips in general don't play nice with UMA. That's why there isn't any 3G phones with UMA.
