Saving Address Book to Sim Card

Is there a way to save all my address to my sim card without manual adding everyone by hand back onto the sim card?

Have you looked at this:

Select Contacts your contacts
click the trackwheel
Choose SIM Phone Book
click trackwheel
choose Copy All To Address Book

Your instructions are good for copying FROM this SIM to the Address Book.

I am also looking for a way to copy all contacts FROM the Address Book TO the SIM.

I believe you have to do it manually. Not 100% sure though

I was wondering the same thing. Is there any 3rd party software that does it?

I actually just noticed that if you have a contact and you click a certain number you can copy to sim phone book, so i guess its possible but would be done individually

You can do it manual

click on the address you want to save to the sim card

select the contact you want to add, Click View

then click the wheel and select "CopyTO SIM CARD Phone book" you will have to save each one individually.

tried doing what ahhpff said to do, but no matter what I click on in the address book, I'm not getting the option to save to the SIM card. Since I'm sure its me thats the problem, can someone point out what I'm doing wrong? I'm using a 7100t with the latest OS. Thanks.

man at least you can go from sim to address book 7520 cant do that

TXBBUSER 07-27-2005 10:44 AM

You have to scroll to the actual phone number, then you will get the option to save to SIM phonebook

Yes, but what if you want to save ALL of your contacts to the sim card? I have 340 and some are already on the sim and some aren't. Also, I don't want to go through all 340 contacts.

it also appears that if you have multiple numbers for a person, you can only save one into the SIM.
