Latitude Causing Reboots?
I installed an app, "Latitude", which was to allow friends to track me. It appears on the context menu of Google Maps for Blackberry.
Since installation, a number of moves have caused reboots which, with a Storm 2, you do NOT want, as they take over five minutes. Following the reboot, it either reboots again or I find that a fully-charged batter has no charge at all, and the phone won't work. I would like to remove the app, but it doesn't appear anywhere I can find, except for one item in the GM context menu mentioned. Is there a way to delete apps. that don't appear? I have also Slacker, which I never use, and would like to get rid of that, too, but can't find it. Thanks. Don. |
Re: Latitude Causing Reboots?
Delete Google Maps and see if that deletes it.

Re: Latitude Causing Reboots?
OK, seems it's not any app I can identify. My Storm 2 spontaneously reboots at odd times, usually involving the starting of such wild-*ss apps as the Contacts list.
