BB DM App Loader will only show Third Party

Hi,
I wanted to get rid of some useless add-on apps like "bb maps" and "help" but the app loader will only show third party programs. I tried searching forums but could not get any results. I know i am able to delete it directly from my 9700 but i want my app loader to work properly. i am running BB DM v5.01. thanks in advance

Have you

- downloaded the Handheld OS to your PC and installed it
- deleted all copies on vendor.xml on your PC C: drive

there is a dropdown in the upper left. at least in 592. it looks like it allows to delete.
