"unable to complete purchase. verify that your credit card details are correct and try again. contact your credit card provide for more info or select different payment method." (AW11000C) I've done everything, reset, wipe, contacted bank, everything is ok but this is real headache. Pls someone, some information! Thank You

Look here, but it appears this issue has been popping up from time to time for more than three years with not much in the way of resolution.

Thanks, that's all what I'm doing last days, searching, reading but no direct solution. I guess I'll have to wait for days, weeks, months and hope that it'll be fixed by itself

your first issue is you have "no carrier". The error may be related to your no carrier company and a call to your no carrier may help. they can set limits on purchases and even block some transactions.
Blackberry does have a few of these in their knowledge site and most relate to a carrier issue or a credit card block issue

I already checked with my bank. There is no restrictions and I'm using my credit card for other purposes normaly. Is Carrier issue possible? I've got prepaid sim card, my Z10 is from t mobile, Germany but it'
s unlocked and I am using it in Bosnia and Herzegovina and here, there is no any carrier that have any connection with blackberry

Ok so if none of the carriers in the country your in have a blackberry plan or restrict the amount of data then you cannot do what your trying. When traveling in other country's or areas where you need to go off your normal carrier and "roam" to another carrier your under their rules for use. Generally the phone will work for calls but in some cases that's all.
If you can find out what carrier your using locally it may help to research or give them a call and see if they allow data use while roaming from other company's customers.

the other thing you can do is use their service, if they support blackberry
