8310 OS 4.5 upgrade error: PLZ HELP
 

Hi

I tried to upgrade the OS from blackberry site but it gets stuck in the initializing device stage and the blackberry's red connection light keeps blinking on and off.

The error message i get is : Unable to reconnect to the device during a multi-stage load operation.

I saw on internet that its related to USB but i tried all posisble solutions like direct USB,other USB's , fully charging the phone battery etc. its of no use. Plz help

i've got the same problem ...
IMHO this is the 8310 red crimson issue...
that one can not applied os 4.5.xxx

solution:
use os 4.2.2.xxx with loadaer.exe /nojvm command
