BB Torch 9800

Can someone tell me please how I do a hard reset? Is it the same as the curve, that is take the batter out?

Also, how do you take the back off easily? It won't slide. Thanks

With the device on, remove the battery for 30 seconds then put it back in and let the device reboot.

Do you have an 8310 or a 9800? Your profile says 8310 and you posted int he 8300 section, yet the title is 9800. If you have a new device, please update your profile.

Yes I realise now this is in the wrong place, I haven't been on here in ages. Have now changed my profile to show that I have a 9800.
