Intellisync unknown error when trying to set up sync options

I installed 5.0.0.1030 (platform 4.2.0.451), and ever since then, I have not been able to sync with Outlook. When I click on configure on the Blackberry desktop, I get the message "Unknown error". I tried going backlevel, but I still get the error. I reinstalled 5.0.0.1030, but I still get the same error. I absolutely need to sync my calendar. Help!

Reboot the PC and do a battery pull on the BB.

You might need to delete DM on the PC and do a clean reinstall of the latest version.

What version of Outlook do you have?
