Desktop Manager 5.0.0.10 Error

I cant seem to install BB Desktop Manager 5.0.0.10 for the life of me. I'm trying to install it on a Windows 7 x64 system. I re-downloaded the file over 3 times and no good. Has anyone else had this problem? I didnt have this problem on windows vista x64. Below is the error I get:

Looks a Temp file issue..

I'm not up on the Windows 7 aspect of things, but try Start -> Run, Type "Temp" and delete everything in the folder that appears, also run a disc cleanup. Make sure you have Admin rights as well.
