BlackBerry Forums Support Community - BES Express 5.0.4 can this be done

Hello guys, my first post so I'm going to try to be as specific as possible.

The current scenario

Server 2003 R2 - Exchange 2003 SP2 - Bes Express 5.0.4

The goal

To migrate my BES database to a WINDOWS SERVER 2012 R2 with Microsoft Exchange 2013 CU8

Questions:

1) Can this be done, from what I can see R2 is not supported

2) I tried to follow this article on migrating BES Express with new SRP licenses.
But I cannot find any place to register for new keys. It seems like BES has completely stopped giving out keys. Where can I get new keys to install a new instance of BES Express?

3) IF I can migrate the BES Express to the new Server 2012 R2 with Exchange 2013 will the BES Express users receive their email?
