All returns must have an return merchandise authorization (RMA) from Westinghouse Outdoor Power Equipment before sending your order back. Failure to include your RMA will result in the delay of your refund or replacement. All returns also must drain applicable units of fuel, oil, and other hazardous material, per federal shipping regulations.
Please do not use any -provided labels to send back generators, as almost all units exceed the USPS maximum size and weight limits.
