Terms of Sale

We are open Monday through Thursday, 7:00am to 4:00pm EST.
We must receive payment within 3 days of the date of sale. A reminder will be sent after 2 days.
Sunnking ships with UPS and USPS. We also offer local pickup by appointment only.
Please contact us prior to making payment for any service exceptions or address changes.
NY residents are responsible for 8% NY sales tax.
Returns accepted within 30 days. Exchanges are offered when available.
All shipments must have a shipping label generated from Sunnking\'s shipping accounts. We will not accept shipping labels generated by the buyers.
Customs fees are not included in purchase price. Custom fees must be paid by the buyer upon receipt of the item.
Sunnking will assess a 10% restocking fee for any returned item that is refused or deemed unable to be delivered by the carrier or damaged due to improper installation or use. There will be a 50% restocking fee for any item that has been reconfigured or altered in any way from the original listing.
