This is a VoIP (SIP) phone. It does not work on a plain landline. You should not expect to just plug it in and simply work. You will need to do programming in the phone system -- and-- the phone.A Polycom VVX600 phone. Comes with the stand, cords, desk bracket and power adapter. We factory defaulted this, test it via a SIP server, then factory reset to password 456. It says Skype or generic in the network settings.
