This is a 4BD4FH type of manifold and quick connect flat face couplers (Comes complete just as shown in pictures).
Fits many models of New Holland and CASE skid steers and mini-excavators as well as other brands of equipment.
The 4BD4FH style cast iron block allows for quick connection and disconnection of attachments, even with residual pressure in the hydraulic lines. The decompression feature releases the residual pressure as you connect to the quick connect couplers
