FortiFlex 9" x 50 Feet Butyl Window & Door FlashingWe purchased this flashing from a local building supply house that was going out of business. I'm not sure of the age of this flashing, but the rolls are wrapped in their original manufacturer plastic and the butyl adhesive is very tacky. I've built dozens of homes and this flashing is awesome. I just recently installed an entire window package on a house with this flashing and it performed good as new.
This is a great alternative to the more expensive DuPont Flexwrap.
