This is an EICO 330 RF Signal Generator. It was some of my father\'s testing equipment. I don\'t know much about it. I powered it up and the red led comes on to indicate power. I put my meter in the audio out connector and measured about 400 hz. I saw on a youtube video that 400 is about what should be expected there. I don\'t know enough about it to test any further than that.The Fluke meter is not included in the sale.
