The default AC voltage test range is about 48-1000V. 1. Press the AC voltage test range switch key, and then " HS" is shown on LCD. The detectable range is about 12-1000V. 2. Press the AC voltage test range switch key again, then the "HS" disappears. The detectable range is about 48-1000V.
Null Wire TestingSeperate two wires to be detested as far as possible, and then make the tester probe close to wire repectively(in case of power outlet, insert the probe in to the jack socket). As a result, the wire detected strong is live line and the one detected weak or none is zero line.
Live Wire TestingThe buzzer will give a quick warning when the end of the tester is close to the object being measured. The red indicator light flashes quickly and the LCD shows red. This indicates that the line being tested is a live line.
