Hi!

I have developed a Talking Phrasebook application on Pocket PC which plays .mp3 audio files.

I am planning to port that application on BB. I have the audio files in .mp3 and .ogg formats.

Is there any way through which I can play these audio format on BB????

Is it possible to convert the audio files into a format supported by BB which can be played on it????

How audio files are played on BB???

Any help in this regard will be highly valuable.

There's a way to make the BlackBerry playback voice (i.e. Telenav on 7520 is able to playback voice GPS directions via the BlackBerry speaker).

It's some sort of a signed API.

However, I don't know what format it is. It's probably a variant of ADPCM.

Does it means that BB does not support streaming of audio files.

Is there any BB device that supports audio streaming ????(any format)

How can play my .ogg files on BB??? In which format it should be converted first to be able to played on BB devices.
