I have seen a similar error to this. When you reloaded all of your apps, did you do a restore from desktop manager? Also when did this begin happening? was it after a certain 3rd party app installation. When my user had this issue I had to wipe the device using JL_Cmder and reintall the OS. I wouldnt hold off putting the apps back on right away. Then load one app gradually to see which app is causing the issue.

Interesting! So you wiped the device and loaded the latest version on the OS on the device and you still got the error?

https://www.blackberry.com/Downloads/browseSoftware.do shows the most current version as 4.2.2.240. I don't know if it would help, but it surely wouldn't hurt. I would try wiping with JL_Cmder and installing with that version.

Once a week or so my VZW 8830 crashes and i get this error upon reboot. It always seems to be related BBToday, which is the only 3rd party app I have loaded. I've noticed it can be triggered when I do a three way call and/or answer a call waiting and try to switch back/forth between the callers.

Sorry that I don't have a solution to eliminate it. I've considered removing BBToday, but haven't had time to figure out how to do that. Too bad because it is a great app otherwise.
