i have 9700 which bought from an x operator. so i wanted to use with y operator. so i got the code from x operator and unblock my bb 9700. then i switched on with the new sim card from y operator but it didn't work. but i put another sim card from y operator and it worked. i tried several sim cards from y operator and some of them worked some of them didn't. and really it makes me crazy. i updated the OP but it hasn't solved. i tried to format and load it again but it hasn't helped also. i need your help please. show me way to correct it pleaseeeeeee.........

forgot to say that, i changed my sim card several times. as you can imagine it doesn't work also

Sounds to me like you need to go with a SIM card that works.

yes i am 100% sure that it is unlocked. i tried my friend sim with my bb and it is working which is same operator as mine. i don't know whatelse i have to do :((
