I can not get my Verizon 8703e to sync via bluetooth. Have newest desktop manager (4.3 i think - the one that doesnt minimize to the system tray!). Updated phone software (4.2xxxxxxx).

Running dell latitude D610 laptop w/ toshiba bluetooth adapter (internal) and toshiba sofware i think (whatever came with ocmputer). It connects via that, but desktop manager does not let me connect via bluetooth (is greyed out). Windows is XP Pro sp 2

Anyone successfully able to get this running?

I dont have any issues mine works fine. I wish I knew what to tell you try uninstalling 4.3 and going back to 4.2 and see if that helps. Theres not much difference in the two anyway.

I tried it on the old version 4.2 as well, no luck. Was hoping 4.3 would work, but nope.

very strange it could be the bluetooth on your PC you have to use the windows drivers for it to work.

I had trouble at first. U have to setup the bluetooth thru windows, you can not use 3rd party software. DM will only use the windows bluetooth software.
