Hi Guys

A quick question regarding my 7100v.

I am trying to receive a pic from someone via bluetooth but im having problems, I shall list what I am doing and the problem below.

Firstly the two phones are different.
Phone 1 Blackberry 7100v
Phone 2 Sony Erricsson W800i

I can get the devices paired up with no problem at all, I can detect Phone 2 with no problem and also Phone 2 can detect Phone 1. I have also set phone 2 as trusted in my options.

Now when phone 2 tries to send me the picture I get an error of :-

Device Not Found

Is this a problem with the blackberry not being able to accept pictures? OR is it a problem with how I have them set up? OR is it a problem with the SE W800i?

If there is a way I can get the pics without using Bluetooth that would be great, I cant get pic messages as my phone isnt set up for that.

Any help would be appreciated.

Currently, Bluetooth on a Blackberry 7100v is limited to wireless headset only, and a few new BT keyboards. You can not send or receive data to another device.

Is this going to be possible in the future? Also can you suggest any other way of getting these pictures?

Have the pictures emailed to your blackberry.

I dont have email set up on my Blackerry yet
