(Sorry, couldn't change subject line. U-theme is ideal theme I'm looking for.)

I've spent internet time over last few days looking at Blackberry issues with lately, trying to find themes that work with the Pearl flip 8230.

My understanding is, and correct me if I'm wrong, it appears that if we need to have more icons than the standard 5 appear on the home screen, that we need to find a theme that has more than the 5 to do this.

The U- and L- themes seem to have best placement of icons since they're not obtrusive and walls come through nicely from behind. In other words, lots of functional icons without blocking your wallpapers.

I find the Zen U- theme to be ideal though would be happy with an L-theme.

But does anyone know where there's a free one compatible with the Pearl 8230? I found one that seemed to be designed for it, but it doesn't seem to work. In fact, there must be a real compatibility issue because out of all the ones I've tried so far on my Pearl 2830, only 2 have worked so far.

My preference is the Zen theme. I like plain and functional best with easy-to-read type.

Anyone know of one? Thx.

I've tried two but I guess they're geared for other Blackberry's since neither worked.
