HI ,
I just had my pyhone replaced through the insurance program because I damaged the old one. But the new phone does not have the browser or email icons, and doesn't even have the app world icon. Even worse, I don't seem to have the icon for setup wizard which I think I need to install the other programs. Can anyone help?

You need your service books pushed. Call your carrier and have them do that. Your email and such will file in

And make sure that you change the IMEI and PIN on your BIS site so your email will be pushed.
