Default Deleting App from BB App World

Please Login to Remove!

I downloaded the app Color ID from the BB App World. I soon started to experience problems with my phone, including getting an error "Uncaught exception" whenever I powered up the phone. I deleted it from the app list and did a reboot, but it has been replaced by Color ID Lite, which I cannot delete as it does not show up in the app list, nit does it show up in my DM.
Any ideas on how to get rid of this thing, or will it be like a typing tutor thing that I'll have to just hide?
