So I forgot the device password. I need to update the app world but I can't. I tried the forgot password link but all I get is "Blackberry App world is having trouble connecting to the Blackberry App world server. Verify your network connections and try again."
I'm pretty sure it's because I need to update to be able to do this but I can't remember the password. Is there any other way? Please and thanks

Edit: I gave up and made a new ID but when I tryto upgrade it now says "Blackberry App world is not available for download from Blackberry App world."
Um, what?
