I have an evaluation CAL on my server. I want to remove it and ADD the valid CAL. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this. It won't let me add the new CAL. It looks like I'd have to reinstall. I don't want to do that.

So how can I remove the eval cal so the valid one can be added. The srp (the new valid key) has already been added. I only need to add the new CAL.

Contact who you purchased the BES from - if they can't help you they should transfer you over to BB customer care. Make sure they stay on the line while transferring otherwise you will get redirected back to the people you were just speaking with.
