I have a BES 4.1.6 which can connect to a NT domain (old one) and to a AD 2003 domain (new one).
The Exchange organization contains one Exchange 5.5 (old one) and a Exchange 2003 (new one).

All blackberry users migrated in the AD 2003 domain, and their malbox migrated in the Exchange 2003. All is ok, no problem with their blackberry.
BUT: besadmin user is still in the NT domain, and the besadmin mailbox is still in the Exchange 5.5.

We want to migrate (or create a new one) besadmin user in the AD 2003 domain, and also to migrate the besadmin mailbox in the Exchange 2003.
(We want to completely shut down the old Exchange and the old NT domain)

It seems simple, and some of the necessary actions are documented in KB of blackberry.com, but I could not find THE UNIQUE KB which integrate all what I need to do.
I really need to know in which order I must act and some actions I need to do:

- Migrate the besadmin user from the NT domain to the AD 2003 domain, or create a new besadmin user (firstly without any mailbox) in the AD 2003 domain ?
- Migrate the besadmin mailbox from Exchange 5.5 to the Exchange 2003 and associate the AD 2003 besadmin user to the Exchange 2003 besadmin mailbox ?
- I also need to be sure that there will no be any authentication issue with the local MSDE (NT authentication is used, no SQL authentication …but for me this was with the besadmin of the NT domain. Will there be any problem with the besadmin account of the AD 2003 domain ?)

Have anyone of yours already treated this situation ?

Migrate the user or you will have to reset all the perms in AD / Exchange and SQL.
