Hi,

I've installed the BES User Admin Service and am receiving an error when trying to start the service. I'm having no luck finding the anything about the error. Wondering if it may be due to the fact that I am version 4.1.7 and the latest available version of the User Admin Service is 4.1.6

Error I receive is:

2 - Not able to initialize admin object definitions against db

Anyone seen this one before?

(Service is running under my besadmin user's credentials)

Thanks for the link. I had tried installing msxml 4 sp 2 earlier and had no luck. I gave up and installed the service on one of my BES servers and it worked with no problems.
