Last month or so I upgraded from BES for Exchange 4.0.7 to 4.1.6.
Everything works for the users, everything syncs.
The one thing that doesn't work is managing the instance (the server itself).
I can't add new users for example.

Normally when a server is up, in Blackberry Manager it shows a green computer icon. Mine is white.
SRP and all that is connected according to the view in Blackberry Manager.
I have no clue where to check what is wrong, and I also don't know if it's fully related to my upgrade.

Attached picture is what I see at the moment.
I hope anyone can help me on this, as I need to add new users.

I did one final search with google and ended up with a topic on these same forums....
I can't link till I get 2 more posts.........

Now I only need to find where to edit the MAPI information. It couldn't find the service accounts email address for some reason, but it found mine...

You are using old links of the BB mnager . Go to All Programs>Blackberry Enterprise Server>Blackberry Manager. You should be good.

Yeah, that's what I found out on that link I wasn't able to post
Found out the MAPI problem too. The email address of the service account was hidden from the contact list.

So, everything is working now. Except I think SRP has some problem as I keep getting Disconnected/Established messages from BES.
